And the countdown begins. Start my 2 week pre op diet on the 16th and m.u surgery is on the 30th. I'm excited, anxious , a little but more excited. It's a change for a better me and my health. In 30 days I will be joining many on the losers bench.

My surgery is on the 23 of January. I am excited too. I am exercising and eating less now. My surgery prep starts on the ninth. On my way to starting my weight loss.
