But I have 30 more to go before my surgeon will do surgery and in the middle of losing the weight it was Christmas time so I hope I didn't gain any of it back I did try to watch What I ate but I also allowed to have a cheat day on Christmas and then after Christmas I twisted my ankle so I'm not able to exercise but I've been watching what I eat and counting caloriesv

Try the Soup from "cabbage Soup diet" . Don't need eat just that but I use to make it while on weight watchers .. It's really good and not much to be but bunch veggies..
