triplethreat 257 Posted December 30, 2016 It's a green light for my plan. My surgeon told me to have the full fat cheese, too. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Healthy_life2 8,324 Posted December 30, 2016 @@ML573663 Found this at Walmart of all places. Wensleydale with Cranberries The only true Wensleydale cheese in the world comes from the milk drawn from cows that graze the sweet limestone pastures on farms in Upper Wensleydale, England. The cheese was first made there during the Norman invasion, when French monks from the Roquefort region were brought over to practice their cheese-making skills. The Wensleydale pastures give the cheese the unique, refreshing flavor for which it is renowned. The cheese is a fresh, young cheese taken at only three weeks old. It has a clean, mild, slightly sweet flavor with a honeyed aftertaste. The superb texture of fresh Wensleydale is perfectly complemented by the addition of all natural cranberries of the finest quality. Wensleydale with Cranberries is an innovative blend of flavors and a superb visual experience. Made from pasteurized cow's milk.Suitable for vegetarians.Photo depicts whole 2.8 lb. form of cheese. We cut and wrap this item by hand. Just reading the description makes me drool

Can you live with a goal "To lose weight?" I'll make a crazy-wild guess that you were obese for quite a while. Is there really an emergency now to lose rapidly? If you eat well, you will lose. Make it a joyful process -- eat cheese. I actually haven't been, I hung around 150 for most of my life and then gained 100+ pounds in the last six years. I'm very fixated on getting back where I used to be and love cheese. That's why I wanted to make sure it was low in fat and high in protein! Lol Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Cheese is an excellent snack...the single serve packages are easy for portion control...take small bites and savor the taste Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Yes, that's what I've been doing! Very good advice. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
visionmom77 12 Posted December 30, 2016 If you are going to eat cheese make sure it's "real cheese" not processed cheese. Many cheeses from the deli are real cheese. Also low fat is helpful. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

busybeebug 415 Posted December 30, 2016 Chhhheeeeeesssseeeeahhhhh! I love it. Havarti Gouda Feta Parma. Cheddar Asiago mozzarella Brie provolone Colby blue cheese... love it all. I do a snack of cheese, almond ( or nut of choice) and grapes. It makes me happy. I started soft cheeses when I was allowed soft foods. I see a cheese board at a holiday party and I am happy! LipstickLady 25,682 Posted December 30, 2016 I eat alllllll the cheese. High fat, full fat, hard, soft, creamy, blue, white, yellow, rich, delicious cheese. I don't worry about calories or fat, I track Protein and carbs only. Cheese is a definite green light for me. The more fat-filled and flavorful, the less I "need" to eat and the longer it keeps me satisfied. CHEEEEESE!
