Treadmillwalker 486 Posted December 30, 2016 I don't have either of those surgeries. I have the band and I'm happy with it. I'm averaging 10 lb a month. I'm going with slow and steady. I've not advertised my WLS and people are noticing my loss, but not going "oh you have lost so much weight you must have had WLS."
