Last week- 221.7 This week 219.0 I have made sure to get my Water in, ate serval times a day with high Protein content, as well as increased my strength training at the gym. I am getting there... Karate 2 times a week still. scale finally moving in the right direction again after almost a 3 week stall. This week. Up early today off to work then the gym. Karate twice this week on the plan.
