UsernameTaken 283 Posted December 29, 2016 Hi all, Wanted to check if any of you that workout on regular basis (high intensity) take anything for energy? I am 7 months out and normally I have good amount of energy, well even others notice since I lost weight I look more energetic and constantly doing stuff, but personally when it comes to my workouts I just feel drained. My labs are good, I am eating and drinking enough so I just feel like I need some kind of push. Thanks!
