TiredOfMyself 141 Posted December 29, 2016 Surgery was 10-27-16, I am down 46 pounds. I have noticed that my skin is way loose and jiggly on my back and stomach. I still have 100 pounds to go and am terrified as to what I will look like. Does it eventually tighten back up some? It is almost like I am deflated. I am obviously not a super model but am worried about how I will physically feel. I am wearing a lot of compression clothing to make it not feel so weird. Thanks! Torriluv87 300 Posted December 29, 2016 I have lost around the same. Probably more if i count my highest. Im starting to see some flabby skin too. I am a little worried but not as much yet. I'll have to see how bad it gets i guess. Sent from my SM-G925T using the BariatricPal App
mylighthouse 782 Posted December 29, 2016 Well, I am right there with both of you. I especially have a lot of flabby skin on my forearms. I have been doing small hand weights hoping that it will go away a little. I'm also using lotion. I hope that some of it will go away.

favoredlife 13 Posted December 29, 2016 Hey everyone. I hear weight training, even low weight/hugh repetitions are great for helping your skin tone. It of course isn't foolproof, but it does help. I was sleeved 11/18, down 43lbs & besides What was already flabby, I don't have extra skin because I started low weight training the moment I could lift. Trust me, The 10lbs weight limit we first had was enough.
