Treadmillwalker 486 Posted December 28, 2016 Does your surgeon's office have a dietician on staff? I went through a bariatric center of excellence and they give all WLS patients a book they created that includes a schedule of foods, ounces, etc. Banded 10/12/
brandnewme 20 Posted December 28, 2016 Hello, I read a book called weight loss surgery cookbook for dummies fantastic reference book with loads of recipes for every stage of the journey. I did get a booklet from my surgeon but very basic. The net and of course here was a great help. Everyone is different so it will be hit and miss until you settle into your routine, good luck! I really meant the basics of nutrition, as in learning about actual nutrients and what they do in the body, etc.
