Nicetomeetyou 82 41 Posted December 27, 2016 So I got on the scale today and I am finally back down to pre-surgery weight. I am still struggling with food ideas. I have ate 2 times something I thought I could but my stomach told me off in the way of severe cramps. Just need idea and suggestions. shedo82773 1,236 Posted December 27, 2016 Does your Dr say not to use Protein drinks now? I still use Protein every day. I add GENEPRO to my coffee. MJy dr doesn't have a problem with using protein to help get all of your protein in.
Nicetomeetyou 82 41 Posted December 28, 2016 He doesn't want me drinking the Optifast shakes from preop due to the sugar content. I use Premier Protein but I am still about 10-15 grams under goal.
