Sheran4eva 18 Posted December 27, 2016 Good morning, I was sleeved 7 days ago. I am on full liquids and tolerating without a problem, however I do get air bubbles in my left side after I eat. They are painless, just a little annoying. I'm still on full liquids. Anyone else experience this? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
NurseBec 14 Posted December 27, 2016 That happened to me. The best thing I can do is deep meditative breaths. In through the nose out through the mouth, and ambulation is your friend. Everytime I felt discomfort I just walked up and down my street and I felt better. Even if I could only make it half. I walked until I couldn't. Obviously I didn't push myself to the extreme but it worked for me!
WLSResources/ClothingExch 3,444 Posted December 27, 2016 Most people do. You'll have gas (air bubbles only if you're a diver) until it runs its course. Nothing to worry about.
Sheran4eva 18 Posted December 27, 2016 Thanks guys... it actually feels like I'm a diver and I'm making the air bubbles that rise to the surface. That's exactly how it feels! Lol. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
