Me too. I've ate more Snacks because of the holidays. Today is my last day of snacking. Tomorrow I'm back to Protein shakes to help get me back on track.

How are you guys doing with the fills since January? I have experienced the same feeling - I"m super restricted right now. Got a 2 CC fill on Friday - It's taking me 30 minutes to eat my scrambled eggs...did things ease up a bit?

I'm good. I'm seeing an orthopedic surgeon next week. My knees are bothering me so exercise is an issue.
