Sipping liquids...post-op

I started out taking tiny, tiny sips. I'm currently taking a little bit more than teaspoon full of sips. Is that too much? Too little?

Since I started with bigger sips, the burping went away.

When was your surgery? Immediately after surgery, I would take 'medicine cup' sized sips. Worked myself up to shot glass sized sips. Beyond that, I got nervous.

Just keep the sips coming; it's very important to stay hydrated.

No, smaller than a shot glass for sure.

But depends on when your surgery was.

was friday. just spoke with the nurse and she said to sip smaller again, just until it stops 'clogging up'
