Treadmillwalker 486 Posted December 26, 2016 It is so easy to reach for food when we are stressed, sad, bored, lonely and more. I'm working each day to break this unhealthy habit. Banded 10/12/
Newme17 3,444 Posted December 26, 2016 Absolutely the truth. I don't believe I had an emotional eating problem until I got married (not my hubby's fault...lol) and was stuck on bed rest for the most of my first pregnancy. Talk about BOREDOM!!!! Then I didn't go back to my healthy lifestyle I once had. In short, I changed. Not the same person I used to be. So, now I can totally relate to emotional eating and how hard it is to break that bondage. I do love to workout though. No problem on that side...except for timing. Anyway, thanks for posting this. I'm gonna post this somewhere I can see everyday. Most likely the kitchen! Ha! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
trekker954 421 Posted December 27, 2016 I was pretty bored today. Stayed inside binged watched netflix. While I didn't eat any forbidden food, I realized that I was grazing a lot during the day. My stomach is grumbling now since I was feeding it every couple of hours. Ugh Sent from my SM-N910T using the BariatricPal App
