Very discouraged this morning as I got on the scale and had gained a pound. Any advice on jumpstarting losing again?

Well I wouldn't read too much into it as it's probably just Water weight. But I'm interested in any replies about how to jump start things and get out of a plateau. I lost 12lb in my first week out and only 1lb in the last week

Sodium? Water? Could be many things. Unless you've eaten 3500 calories you didn't actually gain a pound in a day.
