I'm so excited I'm down 16lbs n it's only been 5 days since surgery. (Mostly Fluid but hey I'm happy) Also Although my family is enjoying a traditional Christmas dinner. I am enjoying a non sugar free lemonade. (Don't panic I only drunk maybe 2 oz.) and Gumbo ( only the liquid n strained). Only for today...

So happy you! I very happy too. I'm 5 days and 20 lbs down. I been drinking cold water(smart Water I dont no why but it takes better to me). Yesterday, I was dying for a lemonade. I made My own lemonade with One Splenda, but I could not drink more the 1/2 Oz.
