Fiber Supplements?

Do any of you use a Fiber supplement and if so, what kind?

Ever since I had my 2nd fill, I have had problems with loose bowels (sorry). I have a history of IBS, so I'm not sure if that is part of the problem or not.

Any suggestions?

I use FiberSure. They offer a free sample/coupon on their website. Fibersure.com

It's a loose powder, 5g Fiber per heaping tsp. It's completely tasteless, and dissolves in anything. I use two scoops a day in my Water bottle or my coffee. My husband uses it on his Cereal.

I've also used the BeneFiber powder, but I like the FiberSure better--less gassy.

My instructions say not to use FiberCon tablets, etc. My doctor recommends UniFiber, but I can't find it anywhere locally.
