babygirl#1 5 Posted December 31, 2016 I feel you!!! You are not alone. I was starving myself during the first 2 weeks post op. I was drinking the Protein shakes and as soon as I hit that 15 day mark, I was scrambling an egg for Breakfast. The meal plan I received stated I should egg whites but I refuse to throw away good food. I have a shake for lunch and dinner I pureed a rotisserie chicken from Walmart. I just added chicken broth to the food processor so it wouldn't be so dry. I have tried the mashed potato flakes which was great with the purred chicken. When I feel hungry after all that I grab a yogurt or a Jello cup. It curbs the hunger monster for a bit. Hope this helps. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
