Enjoy the journey. Read and ask questions of the medical professionals who are here to help you. Understand what you putting in your mouth and why. I was sleeved on 9.7.16. I'm down 50lbs. It takes work. I exercise I keep my appts. I ask questions. I want to live a healthy life. It starts in the mind... where the mind goes the body will follow. I'm so happy I can walk the malls and exercise better now. Love it .Get along with yourself enough to do this. It's not as hard as we make it. Happy holidays

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
