My surgery was on Wednesday 12/14/2016. I think my problem is mostly getting in enough Water. Besides that I'm craving food like 24/7 I can't stop thinking about pizza and buffalo chicken salad. I can't wait to eat again. How do I cope with these cravings??

OMG! So glad it's not just me. I had VSG on 12/19/16 and the commercials and show are triggers for real. LOL Much success to all.

I agree! Everything is about food! Sheesh! Going back to work next week after being off 3 weeks. I need to concentrate on more than just food!

I know right! I literally cringe everytime I see a pizza Hut commercial but it's ok it's just making us stronger. Getting through each day is just another step towards success! Good luck to you guys I feel like the beginning is always the hardest part
