Em_JW 36 Posted December 23, 2016 (edited) I'm 8 days post op and I have always slept on my belly up until my surgery. For the past week I have had to sleep on my back. Lying on my tummy doesn't hurt too bad at all now, is it okay to sleep on your tummy this soon? Would appreciate any feedback! RNMomof4 86 Posted December 23, 2016 As long as you are comfy it shouldn't bother your incisions to sleep on your stomach. I'm a stomach/side sleeper and never really stopped. Sent from my iPhone
OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted December 23, 2016 I slept on my stomach on the 4th night. It was heaven. Helped with the pain and pressure. I highly suggest it.
