Hi there, I am also embarking on a new journey. I will undergo Sleeve Gastrectomy. I don't have a date yet and I'm only half way through my clearances. I am both nervous and excited about it. Will post a " before " photo in the next few days.... I'm looking forward to sharing my progress.

Best decision I've ever made!!! I am so much healthier now! sleep apnea is much better, blood pressure normal, blood sugar normal, cholesterol normal. I was taking six pills every morning and two more at night. No more pills for me!!! It's an amazing journey and we all have our own reasons for taking it. It's not always easy. I applaud you for taking control of your health!

Started my food journaling today..... didn't realize how much time it takes to list everything . I work the grave yard shift and sleep during the day.... very challenging to stay on track of things .... it will take some adjusting here!
