CherCare 34 Posted December 22, 2016 I overdid yesterday and was wiped out. Slept late and just couldn't get myself to go heavy on Protein. So now it's 4:30 and I've only had about 4 grams. I guess it will be 2 premier shakes and run to the restroom all night. Planning is important for success, and today I didn't do it.
