_bribri1001 62 Posted December 22, 2016 I just want to see what some of the numbers are of how much Protein everyone is getting in a day? I think my number are off, I know the more the better but how much is everyone getting and is still losing? I can only get 60grams of shakes in and it's really hard to get more grams through the day. Ssze1109 163 Posted December 22, 2016 I am getting 60-65. I don't drink shakes anymore. I can't tolerate them. They make me so sick. I eat cottage cheese, eggs, Greek yogurt, GENEPRO Protein powder, chicken , salmon and fair life milk. How much did your Dr tell you to get in? Are you on normal foods yet?
