LittleBill 2,231 Posted December 22, 2016 Also of note, I just read that the average make octopus weighs 100lbs. That's my goal. Lose an octopus. I must be working on a giant squid then.
highfunctioningfatman 2,675 Posted December 22, 2016 I love this perspective! Just this morning I was telling my husband about how I can effortlessly take the stairs up to my office now. 3 months ago I carried an extra 50 pounds. I cannot fathom carrying this 50lb bale of hay up the stairs before. 50lbHayBaleb_zps97ba9351.jpg Also of note, I just read that the average make octopus weighs 100lbs. That's my goal. LittleBill 2,231 Posted December 22, 2016 Sushi at Kel's! You just reminded me of something. I am on deck to make a fancy wood sushi bowl next month, and I still don't have the specs from the guy who wants me to make it.
Montana Gal 448 Posted December 22, 2016 One day I was feeling lousy and complaining to my mother as to how I felt my weight loss was too slow. We were in Walmart, she took me to the baking isle and lined up (7) 10 pound bags of sugar in a row. Just looking at what I used to carry on my body put everything in perspective for me that day!
