MsMiamiMami 20 Posted December 21, 2016 I got my surgery! I am excited! I am dealing with the gas from when they fill your stomach but other than that the pain pills help. I am up and moving around. I have had cottage cheese, applesauce, Popsicles and broth and it's filling me up . I'm struggling with my Water intake. I took my Flintstones and going to take my Calcium chewable my doctor gave me. I ordered a scale for the first time in my life. I need to track my progress. I am down 15 pounds! I am excited but I know I won't publicly document every weight loss so as not to get discouraged.
