nicugal36 53 Posted December 17, 2016 Hey all! I was sleeved August 24 and have lost 48 pounds thus far.. I am a creature of habit and usually eat the same things everyday to get my Protein in.. however, I'm getting a little blah with the same old stuff.. what is a typical day of meals like for you? Any fast high protein meals you can recommend me making? Maybe it's a mental block but I can NOT get down Greek yogurt which is such a bummer bc it has so much protein in it. suzzzzz 1,005 Posted December 17, 2016 I make seasoned ground beef and keep it handy for Protein that can be mixed with lots of things. Also, grilled chicken, tuna salad, chicken salad, eggs, and turkey are protein sources I alternate eating. I have a Protein Shake or Protein Bar everyday because I cannot eat enough otherwise.
