I had Anthem BCBC now I have BCBS FEDERAL. My old policy said I would pay no more than 5500 out of pocket. Call them and they will explain it all. Good luck.

If you have an annual maximum, that is likely what you will pay if insurance doesn't cover at 100%. If they cover at 100%, then you will have to meet your deductible first.

If you have an annual maximum, that is likely what you will pay if insurance doesn't cover at 100%. If they cover at 100%, then you will have to meet your deductible first.
