genn 460 Posted December 14, 2016 So how long does the first stall usually last. I haven't lost pound in over a week exercising every day and getting all fluids and Protein in. Getting between 400/500 calories a day. I know i will start loosing again just wondering generally how long the stall lasts. Thanks. Travelher 915 Posted December 14, 2016 (edited) Mine was 8 days, I upped my Water and food a bit and it broke. Water is critical to breaking a stall in my experience. Also I'm at around 800 calories a day now. If I let it go below 600 I stall. Edited December 14, 2016 by Travelher

But my diet advances Friday. So right now it's alittle hard to get much more calories in. Thanks everyone for the advice much appreciated!!! Airstream88 361 Posted December 14, 2016 Add a Protein Shake - that will give you around 160 calories or so and much needed Protein.< /p>

catwoman7 11,220 Posted December 14, 2016 you could also just wait it out. I did. I just stuck to my plan, and it eventually broke. They always do. I've never wanted to increase my calories as I felt like I was on the high side as it was.
