Diet... misnomers

What about washing your hands? If one is to drink from cupped hands shouldn't we be careful to use clean hands? Ahhh, but how to clean those hands....

See. That's where I fall down. You can't use regular soap, or the anti bacterial stuff, so what to do?

Oh, if only life was simple!!

A bubble sounds great till you think about the pee issue. I know it's sterile and everything, but being as scared of dying of something as I am, I wouldn't ever open the bubble, and drown in my own pee within a week.

And what about the cups you drink them from? What about the plastics, and glaze on the ceramic cups?

Pfft. Drink from a natural spring from your own cupped hands, and breathe only fresh mountain air.

Better safe than sorry. Right?

Hi Chickie, congrats!!! You look fabulous... I am so glad that you losers keep coming back on the boards to inspire us newbies!!!

Thanks for caring to share

It won't matter my friends....simply breathing, whether it be smog filled city air, or clean fresh smelling mountain air....each breath is killing us!!!!!

Exposing our cells to air...while it IS vital, is still killing us!!!

Wonder if reading the book, would change that??? hmmmmmm

I also have no doubt that some of the things the OP says are true---so is what I stated above. The big question is......

If you give up all the good things in life....do you really want to live that much longer?????

I know with all the brains this bunch has---we can find a happy medium between Quality and Quantity---let me know when y'all figure it out!!!!

All I have to say is, no one is takin my sugar-free pudding away from me.

And that's that.

If life doesn't have sugar-free pudding, life's not worth living!

No, Chickie you probably wouldn't actually "drown" in your own pee, we haven't actually figured out how to filter the Water so the Water won't kill us.

At this point you'd be more likely to die of dehydration, wouldn't you?

:cry

So Stingy...

How are you going to sort out the artificially filtered air and latex issues?

Hmmmm??

Yeah, you might figure out the pee thing but you have a long way to go in figuring out that carcinogen filled air and surroundings deal you'll have going there....

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
