Lema 236 Posted December 16, 2016 I accidentally found avocados to be a great option for this but be careful as the high fat content in this fruit may give some of you a stomach ache. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

BariatricGal 12 Posted December 18, 2016 @crazywomanincage @baileymedlin24 I'm 4 1/2 weeks post op and used SMOOTH TEA a couple of times. It works the best for me. I tried Milk of Magnesia (UGHHHH). I'm sticking with drinking the smooth tea every few of nights before bed. I have added benefiber to liquids a few times, but the tea works great... and a Great BIG THANK YOU to who ever posted about Smooth Tea on this forum - your advise was so helpful. AB2B 104 Posted February 20, 2017 These posts will come in handy. I am on day five of the preop diet. I am consuming about 60 to 80 (Premier Protein) grams of Protein per day and nothing but liquid. This morning the Constipation was hell! Never had anything like this. I am starting Benefiber and stool softener today. I am so glad we have this site to share and thankful to you all. Surgery is next week and I am happy I found out about this before surgery. 1 BrownEyedBeauty reacted to this
