"Just because you can doesn't mean you should" Say that 20 times before a meal lol. It helped me!

What are you eating? Do you stick to the guidelines your team set for you? Do you have a NUT you can talk to about this? are you spreading your meals out or grazing all day? How is your Fluid intake?

Congratulations on the surgery. :)

I am 4 weeks out and am allowed anything basically except raw vegetables. I can eat chicken and turkey no problem. Dr said I can start raw nuts too

I can eat more than I did a week ago but know I have to limit myself.

Yesterday I made turkey chili and ate a few extra bites I shouldn't have. I was full and miserable. Lesson learned!

Thanks good to know this is normal,,, when I say I feel I can eat anything ,,, I'm really only eating soft foods and trying some meats now I can eat 1or2 more bits than what I had been able to just days before. getting started back on real food has been making me nervous that's why I asked is it normal.

Some people don't have eating problems, I asked my surgeon about that, coz I belong to that group too and he told me it somehow related to shape of a sleeve.

I worried, coz I read people like 6 month out of op and not able to eat meat or fish, but I'm 3 weeks out and already easily swallow fish and beef (little amounts), never vomited and experienced nausea =)

Guess we are just lucky :)
