Treadmillwalker 486 Posted December 12, 2016 I suggest you work to retrain yourself to eat three meals and two Snacks a day. It will take work, but weigh and measure your food. Make sure you get your Water in and eat Protein first. Your mind and stomach will adjust if you work at it. Do you have a book from the surgeon's office with instructions? deb2571 70 Posted December 12, 2016 How can u get all ur Protein in at just two meals a day? I'm 4 months out gastric bypass and I eat 4 to 5 small meals to get my Protein in. I usually eat 700 to 800 calories a day. SW 281 CW 211. Bypassed on 8/8/16. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
mipookiebear 20 Posted December 12, 2016 I don't understand why you would be eating only 2 meals. I am 11 weeks post op & I always eat 5 to 6 times a day. I eat every 2 &1/2 to 3 hours apart. I also measure my food. There was a class plus a book on how to eat. We are also to log our food/protein & Water. This is a lifestyle change. This is the way we should eat for the rest of our lives.
