I had gastric sleeve surgery December 5th 2016 and have already lost 6 pounds and today is December 10th hooray Starting weight was 232 day of surgery 224.

Wow that's great. Are you doing a lot of walking? I had surgery the day after you-12/6 and have only lost 2lbs. However--I did lose 11lbs on the 2-week liquid diet pre-surgery.

I drink the Protein drink 2x a day and crystal lite and Jello popsicles all sugar free and I eat chicken noodle Soup
