hello friends
I wanted to update.
this is an amazing tool .... I am so fortunate to had been able to have this surgery! I now catch myself seeing an overweight person and feeling bad for them. I wish this surgery was available to everyone!

I would like another 20 lbs....or just tone up. I can't afford to lose anymore on my boobs!!!
and I now have a visible collar bone!!!
