Anyone have their binder cause them irritation if so what did you do or use. I already out a tank undet binder still itchy and irritated

I used Benadryl cream under the binder and it was a huge help.

Sort of like a girdle that wraps around your abdomen. Some surgeons require them, others don't.

Thanks rachel412 ill try that. My surgeon requires me to wear a binder like Rachel said a girdle. I think i keeps your jelly rolls from moving all over the place and opening up your cuts. In my case i have a three inch incision and two dots on each end. But where it moves up and down it is causing irritation on my skin.

How far out are you? I never had a binder for the VSG.
