laceemouse 631 Posted December 10, 2016 As long as you are getting all your Water and Protein in there is nothing else you can do. Every person is going to give you a different answer as to when they felt "normal" again but I can tell you that even at almost 6 weeks out I rest a little every afternoon. We are recovering from major surgery.
blizair09 3,250 Posted December 10, 2016 It was about six weeks post-op before my fatigue started to get better. And even now (week 11 post-op), I still get tired very suddenly sometimes.
WGH3IWDT 93 Posted December 10, 2016 Have you started taking any B12 and if not try that. Also, my Dr prescribed the nasal B12 which you only take once a week. Ask you doctor about that too, and if he has a coupon for it. I paid $25 for a 4 week supply, and I don't think that's too much, ESP since they seem to keep me ALERT and not sleepy like I used to be. Noneyo 171 Posted December 14, 2016 Yes, I'm feeling amazing and then I crash and crave a nap. The B-12 honestly did help quite a bit. Good luck on your journey!!!
