I just use Citracal Petites x6 a day. I like the chews from BariatricPal Advantage, but they citracal is available at the grocery store and much cheaper. Check with your doc though, I had to wait I think 3 months before I could start using those because they're still pretty big.

Once I got okayed for pills and not just chewables, I switched to generic Equate calcium citrate. My Calcium numbers have been great!
