ramsey2008 26 Posted December 9, 2016 I am a side sleeper and with my back problems, sleeping on my back sucks. But since surgery its sooo painful to even attempt to sleep on my side which means no sleep. Any suggestions on how I can sleep on my side? Odie 249 Posted December 9, 2016 I can only sleep on my side also due to back problems. Put a pillow between your knees and a pillow at your back. The same way they recommend pregnant women sleep. It helps a lot.
My4Brownies 283 Posted December 10, 2016 Good suggestions Odie.. You can also put a thin pillow under your stomach on the side u sleep..I'm a side sleeper too n it relieved my pressure of everything shifting that way..good luck ! SaskGirl 1 Posted December 10, 2016 Try a body pillow. It was a life saver for me. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
doxaholic 252 Posted December 10, 2016 Same thing here had to put a pillow on my side and it helped a bunch however still having issues i think ill also try the pillow at the knees. However its getting a little easier to shift laying down that is good. Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App
