Hi everyone I was sleeved on 3-17-14..I call it my (pattysleeve) for St Patrick's Day lol ..lost 75lbs been up and down about 10 to 15lbs. Just had my baby girl on 9/27 gained about 40lbs ???? want to get back on track. Before my daughter i was scheduled for tt but rescheduled for 2017 anytime. so I need any suggestions to help me lose 40 plus pounds to get back so I can have my tt..feeling really depressed plus now I'm a stay at home mom which is not bad but I'm home so I tend to snack a bit more. Need help thanks in advance

Congratulations on your success and the birth of your baby girl! As a mom, enjoy every minute, but take time for you daily as well. (Can't pour from an empty cup). That being said, i would focus on one change at a week. Like getting all your Water in this week, then next week add in 30 min of exercise everyday etc. I have no doubt you'll get the weight off again! I work from home, so know the temptations of food being right there! Keep yourself busy so you don't have time to snack. Cleaning, laundry, crafts, walks around the block. Good luck!
