Calizzer 11 Posted December 9, 2016 Ok now that the subject may have caught some guy's attention at least lol I'm hoping a few ladies can weigh in......in the weight loss do we lose our boobs? That's all my husband is worried about lol Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Who'sThere 331 Posted December 9, 2016 I have lost 100 pounds (and regained) in the past, and i didn't lose my boobs. When I lose weight, I actually usually go UP in the cups because the difference from band to bust is increased. However, I also don't really gain in my boobs. They are mostly breast tissue, not so much fat. On the other hand, my mother and sister are basically flat chested if they lose weight. They only have boobs when they are heavy. When you've been at a normal weight in the past, did you have large boobs? I think that is a big determining factor. Calizzer 11 Posted December 9, 2016 lol I'm not real sure I was?! I'm actually a former anorexic but that was when I was still growing. Since 18, I've been an A and I've been a borderline DD. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
MrsPrincessPunisher 4 Posted December 9, 2016 I am definitely losing mine. Deflation... but everyone is different and I would rather lose them and the weight than keep both. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Vinasu 621 Posted December 9, 2016 Went from DD to a C. With a good bra they still look nice. They're a bit sad out of the holsters, though. Sent from my SM-G925V using the BariatricPal App
Calizzer 11 Posted December 9, 2016 I agree with you @@MrsPrincessPunisher And Victoria Secret does do amazing work @@Vinasu lol I'll keep that in mind. highfunctioningfatman 2,675 Posted December 9, 2016 Perky boobies are great and if you so desire they can either be lifted or inflated if need be.
Luce587 48 Posted December 9, 2016 I went from a G cup to a C cup when I had my band put in... they're a bit sad now but honestly my shoulders are much happier!

tinanne 27 Posted December 9, 2016 If you want to keep them happy and bubbly...lol...there's some excellent exercises you can do. Easy too! Everyone is different, I haven't lost yet but, I have in the past while dieting. Look up exercises on keeping breast firm. Good luck and best of wishes! gustavio 439 Posted December 9, 2016 (edited) Mine are deflating as we speak. I started at a DD and refuse to buy new bras as of yet because, well lets face it, if you don't want pointy or weird shaped boobs, bras are EXPENSIVE! So I'm wearing the same pre op sized bras and my poor boobs are lost in there. (It is probably time to bra shop) I plan to get the re-inflated once I reach my goal. I think it depends on who you are, how you are shaped etc. maybe you won't lose a single cup. Maybe you will.....tbd Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Edited December 9, 2016 by gustavio
