I have lost 100 pounds (and regained) in the past, and i didn't lose my boobs. When I lose weight, I actually usually go UP in the cups because the difference from band to bust is increased. However, I also don't really gain in my boobs. They are mostly breast tissue, not so much fat.

On the other hand, my mother and sister are basically flat chested if they lose weight. They only have boobs when they are heavy.

When you've been at a normal weight in the past, did you have large boobs? I think that is a big determining factor.

lol I'm not real sure I was?! I'm actually a former anorexic but that was when I was still growing. Since 18, I've been an A and I've been a borderline DD.

I am definitely losing mine. Deflation... but everyone is different and I would rather lose them and the weight than keep both.

Went from DD to a C. With a good bra they still look nice. They're a bit sad out of the holsters, though.

I agree with you @@MrsPrincessPunisher

And Victoria Secret does do amazing work @@Vinasu lol I'll keep that in mind. Even though you lost it sounds like you lost to a good size

Perky boobies are great and if you so desire they can either be lifted or inflated if need be.

If you want to keep them happy and bubbly...lol...there's some excellent exercises you can do. Easy too!

Everyone is different, I haven't lost yet but, I have in the past while dieting. Look up exercises on keeping breast firm.

Good luck and best of wishes!

Mine are deflating as we speak.

I started at a DD and refuse to buy new bras as of yet because, well lets face it, if you don't want pointy or weird shaped boobs, bras are EXPENSIVE! So I'm wearing the same pre op sized bras and my poor boobs are lost in there. (It is probably time to bra shop) I plan to get the re-inflated once I reach my goal. I think it depends on who you are, how you are shaped etc. maybe you won't lose a single cup. Maybe you will.....tbd

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
