Treadmillwalker 486 Posted December 8, 2016 I've seen the ads on TV, and I'm wondering if it works. It might be a fun Christmas gift to buy myself. Thoughts? Had lapband surgery 10/12/

genn 460 Posted December 8, 2016 My mother-in-law bought one of those and she says that every time she goes to use it it moves as she's twisting on it and it does not stay still and then she has to stop and get off and move it back into the center of the room and it's just a vicious cycle however on the positive parts of it she said she can feel the burn but when you're stopping all the time to be able to move it back to the center of the room you're selling yourself down and get it and which fact you're not burning all the calories that you could be now with that being said maybe she's using it wrong I have not tried it I'm afraid I might break it LOL HW 289 CW 249 Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

highfunctioningfatman 2,675 Posted December 12, 2016 Yeppers. We have one. The moving around the house is because of leaning. You can intentionally walk around using it if you know how. I also get in a plank position (like a push up that is all of the way up) and put my hands on either side of the board and twist it underneath me.

MsShortyDee 160 Posted January 15, 2017 I love the SIMPLY FIT BOARD!! I've been using since January 1st. That was the day of officially being able to exercise. If you are not standing straight the board will move. The board is fun. You will feel the burn MsShortyDee
