cassandramarie93 199 Posted December 9, 2016 I ordered a 64 Oz. Water bottle from Amazon and I keep a cup nearby that is never empty. It's harder when I'm at work but like any habit it takes a little time and practice to get the groove of things established. kmorri 1,689 Posted December 9, 2016 The Zephyrhills sport bottles with the squeeze tops work great for me! It's something about the squeeze bottle that helps me to drink more. I'm sure it's all in my head....but it works!
