Pre or post op, what was or is the hardest for you

This is my greatest fear! Not the surgery, but the pre-surgery liquid diet. That's really messed up

I see you're a fellow Arizonian. I'm from Mesa, AZ. Getting my sleeve done on Jan. 17. This sure would be easier (for me, but apparently not the doctor) if we could just dispense with this pre-op diet altogether.

Pre-op was harder; the hunger drove me crazy.

Post-op my stomach is like a house plant... tend to it when I have to, and then leave it the hell alone and let it do its thing.

pre-op was WAY harder. Post-op my cravings and hunger went away. But everyone is different.

im going through the pre op 2 wk liquid diet-my surgery is mon. the first few days were hard. i realized it is all mental & im good now. cant wait, few more days i will be posting about postop!!
