Had my surgeon meeting today. April 17th!!!!!!!

He said that I could expect to lose between 50% and 70% of my excess body weight.

I forgot to ask him.....is that my weight the day of surgery or from the beginning?

I'm down 16 pounds in 2 months, hoping to lose 50 before April.

The percentages are not definitive, they are averages. Set your goal, and a stretch goal. My sister lost 100% and I plan on doing the same. This is our time to dream and make it happen!
