Fredbear 397 Posted December 7, 2016 Hi folks, for those of you who use MyFitnessPal, do you enter your Vitamins? I noticed this morning that my blood sugar was slightly elevated after taking my Bariatric Advantage Vitamin and Calcium chew.
Bufflehead 6,358 Posted December 7, 2016 Absolutely! My Multi-Vitamin is low calorie and low carb, but especially for people who take bariatric specialty Vitamins, they should be tracked. Those things will jack up your calorie, carb, and sugar counts fast.
Fredbear 397 Posted December 8, 2016 Yup, thanks! I added my Vitamins and Calcium (and fiber gummies) and my blood sugar numbers made more sense for today.
this sucks 557 Posted December 8, 2016 Definitely! I can track to make sure that I'm getting everything I need. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Redmaxx 740 Posted December 8, 2016 Yup, thanks! I added my Vitamins and Calcium (and Fiber gummies) and my blood sugar numbers made more sense for today. You can do this with MyfitnessPal?
Fredbear 397 Posted December 8, 2016 Yup, thanks! I added my Vitamins and Calcium (and Fiber gummies) and my blood sugar numbers made more sense for today. You can do this with MyfitnessPal? Just add them as food. They're in the database - and if you use something else that's not in the database, you can add it.

Fredbear 397 Posted December 9, 2016 So I'm getting 500-700 calories a day, 10 days out of surgery. I'm following the plan to the letter: meeting my Water goals, getting 80-90g of Protein each day... I guess I'm just wondering why is this appearing to be so easy? WTH?
