kk'sworld 5 Posted December 7, 2016 What can I say? This has been a very long process of adjustment. And I wasn't as prepared as I should have been I thought it was going to be a painless and easy process. Boy oh boy was I wrong. The pain is just now starting to ease up and trying to eat on a schedule is really hard. Especially when I would rather drink gatorade. So I have to give it up all together just so I would eat. And finding Protein that I can tolerate is even worse.. Everyone else sees the changes but I don't see them as of yet. I only can feel the difference. I was able to fit into my daughter's coat which is a large and it zipped all the way up, from mines with has always been a 2 or 3x for as long as I could remember.
