I haven't tried it, any thoughts on whether or not it's ok to put reddiwhip on sugar free Jello? It's sugar free, fat free, and less then 1 carb.

Today is day two of my ore surgical liquid diet.< /p>

Not sure but I would ask your surgery team just to be sure......or just skip it. The pre-op diet is the hardest part of this whole process! Good luck to you!!
