I now eat a high Protein, low carb, low sugar diet. I rarely eat take away and never eat complex carbs, just real ones. I'm not a huge fan of Protein shakes so the only supplement I use is Protein powder in Protein balls I make myself and eat for Breakfast. All my other protein comes from food. cheese, beef Jerky, salami, beef, chicken, yoghurt, milk (usually with coffee). And I usually eat 70-90 grams of protein a day. I still track everything I eat, even if it's not such a good choice. Which I think keeps me accountable. I also joined a gym about 2 months ago and go 3 times a week and play sport 1-2 a week. On the days I don't really feel like eating I make myself and on the days I feel like eating everything I try to exercise self control. It's hard at first, but hang in there. It's worth every hard moment and struggle [emoji4] Edited December 7, 2016 by Jobey
