Phentermine after 5 month stall

1200 calories is good, but your 1200 calories don't have enough Protein and aren't clean enough.

This summer I played Pokemon all summer and when I was walking I was burning 500-1000 additional calories a day walking. I had to increase my calories or I got weak, light headed and I stalled.

I don't know if you have an activity tracker, they are not the most accurate so I don't go entire by them, but those help.

What you are doing now isn't working, so you have to do something else.

Honestly I would stop working out for 2 weeks, and work on getting my food right, 1100-1200 calories or mostly Protein with some decent fats like butter and olive oil would help you lose probably. Then once you break your stall and get your food straight, go back to working out and add an additional 100 to 200 calories and see if keep losing.

This is something you have to play with and tweak along the way. I don't know how long you have been at 1100-1200 calories and stalled. Sometimes to break a stall I increase my calories by 300-400 for a few days and my stalls break.

This isn't a straight line, it goes up and down and your body changes and you have to roll with the punches.

Also, I feel like you are too soon from surgery with too much restriction to need a diet drug. Your issue isn't over eating, you are just not eating right. You are barely eating enough now, if you go on a drug your calories are going to drop to what? 600 800 a day max? You seem like you have a real life, you can't function like that, not well anyway.

I average around 1000-1200 calories. Usually a premier shake for Breakfast sometimes an egg with turkey bacon 2 hours after . lunch is usually 2 oz of lean Protein with 1 oz of veggies. Snacks are low calorie cheese sticks, Chobani 100 yogurts or 1oz of Trader Joe's trail mix unsalted. Occasionally I'll have a 100 cal bag popcorn or a piece of bark thins . Carbs are usually 40-50g a day . And yep I'm regular ☹️

Drop the carbs and the yogurt. Increase your Protein. you should be able to have 3-4 ounces of meat at a time.

I would ditch the premier shake too honestly, and replace it with meat unless you really just can't eat and that is your only option. Cut out all processed foods (and Protein shakes are fake processed foods), and eat lean meats you cook yourself, get up to 90 grams of protein and I am pretty sure you will see the scale moving.

Even with your not intense workouts you are still probably burning more calories than you are intaking. You need more protein to fuel yourself.

Thank you for all your advice. It gets so confusing sometimes, sometimes I'm told I'm not eating enough calories and then I'm told I'm eating too much ! It's so confusing !
Yes I feel the same way its like I don't know how many calories my body needs.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
