2 months since surgery 35lbs down and depressed

Should I now be exercising? If so then what? And how long?

Yes, yes and yes! You should be doing at least 30 minutes of walking a day, and if you have or can get a gym membership with a gym with a pool, swim. That's what I do. I've heard and learned that you can't just get the surgery and expect the weight to come off without exercise. If you can't go to a gym, just take a 30 minute walk in your neighborhood. Try to do it everyday and after a week or so and you'll hopefully start to see the scale move as long as you are eating the right way as well. Good luck!!!
